I mapped the Tower years ago, circa 2015 when I returned from hiatus. The most recent expansions had been Marroc and Debia’s rooms for contributions for the Tower. A library (complete with several designed books) as well as a room for myself was to be a possibility under Highlord Azimar, but unfortunately many things happened afterwards that crushed that hope. I’m too lazy to remove the last pended update, but here is the latest version of the Obsidian Tower.
